Star Trek USS Enterprise

The Star Trek USS Enterprise Starship is the Starfleet Federation spaceship, which is featured in virtually all of the Star Trek TV Series and Movies. These shows chronicle the voyages and explorations/discoveries of the Enterprise as it travels across the galaxies on its various missions. Throughout the various shows, the Star Trek USS Enterprise is commanded and manned by the courageous crews which we have become so familiar with. Captain Kirk, Spock, Dr. McKoy, Scottie, Sulu, and so many others have given leadership to this group of explorers/military men and women who meet up with the most incredible creatures and situations. The unique blend of personalities, skills and abilities make these shows not only interesting, but completely compelling and draws us into their battles and frustrations.

Star Trek Enterprise Models

I have one of the Star Trek Enterprise models that was given to me as a birthday gift. It is sitting on top of my bookcase right now, ready for action. It has lights, sounds, voice commands, and simulates firing photon torpedoes. This is the Star Trek Enterprise model NCC-1701 which sits on a raised stand and is approx 17” long and 8” high.

There are a variety of different Star Trek Enterprise Models, and in the link below this post, you can see a very unique model. It is the USS Enterprise NCC-1701 which is displayed showing the damage sustained the the classic battle with Khan, in the movie "Wrath of Khan" This is an incredible model, very realistic, which depicts the battle between these two commanders. I particularly like the scene just prior to this battle, when Captain Kirk gives the command to descend "Z minus 10,000 meters" at the suggestion of Spock who says Khan not experienced and is showing he is thinking only in two dimensions.

The Star Trek Movies and TV Series have a loyal following since first being introduced in the mid 1960’s. The most famous of all of the Starfleet Ships, the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) was on a mission of deep space exploration – to boldly go where no man has gone before. The USS Star Trek Enterprise had Captain James T. Kirk, as its commander for most of its missions over it’s many years of service. The USS Star Trek Enterprise was the most famous of the Starship fleet and played a major role in the Star Trek series. This ship has captured the imagination of many youth and adults alike, as they dreamed of space voyages and exploring the vast frontier of outer space. The Star Trek USS Enterprise is one of many starships under the command of the Federation Starfleet, whose role was to defend the Federation, explore known and unknown frontiers, as well as conduct scientific research.

Along with the TV show and movies, fans of the Star Trek series have been very keen on obtaining an assortment of collectibles.
